Our tiramisu is all about the details – the ones that make all the difference. You won’t find any preservatives or additives here. We keep it simple, using just 8 high-quality ingredients. And when we say handmade, we mean it – everything from the mascarpone to the savoiardi, and even the espresso, is crafted in-house.

Speaking of coffee, it has to be perfect, especially being in Melbourne. That’s why we ensure every tiramisu is made with rich, smooth espresso, brewed fresh for every slab.

Ingredients: Mascarpone, eggs, sugar
Making the mascarpone from scratch was essential for us, enabling us to use the best local cream available. Our top choice is St David's Dairy Cream. They are located nearby and their dedication to caring for their cows and the milking process ensures they produce a beautiful, rich product perfect for our tiramisu.

Flour, eggs, sugar, salt
With eggs being a major ingredient used in our tiramisu, you know we had to find the best of the best. We love organic eggs, which give us rich, fudgy textures from the yolks and a fluffy, silky structure from the whites, allowing it to withstand a small earthquake. Eggs are the reason our tiramisu stands so tall, but don't be fooled; it's no match for the human mandible.

It often gets overlooked, doesn't it? Instant coffee? Really?
Choosing espresso over moka or instant was an easy decision for us. Having lived in Melbourne for most of our lives, we know the coffee has to be spot-on! So rest assured, we're pulling perfect, Instagram-worthy shots behind the scenes for every tiramisu.

Forget the regular stuff, we’re talking rich, dark, and smooth. Why Dutch cocoa? Well, the flavour is just deeper and more balanced. It’s got this velvety texture that’s hard to beat. Plus, it gives our tiramisu that perfect dusting on top.
